Importance of Dance at early age

Ask any parent, they are always trying to find out the best possible way to channelize the energy of their kids in a positive way. Some may suggest traditional outdoor games but many of them are not age-appropriate to kids. We suggest enrolling them in a dance class once they reach 7 or 8 years of their age. 


Living in a tech-age, most adults and kids spend their time in virtual words entertaining themselves which may lead to negative habits. Dance lessons can help a child in various ways. Through dance, kids learn teamwork, focus, and improvisation. When we dance a lot of oxygen and endorphin is produced that helps reduce pain and boost pleasure.
